- Held rank from Field Assistant, Assistant Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Plantation Manager, Regional Senior Manager and Regional Plantation Controller in various Public Listed companies.
- Have extensive experience in Nursery establishment (Cocoa, Coconut and Oil Palm).
- Mainly handled oil palm crop covering development, new planting / replanting cultivation and management. (Jungle to Oil Palm and re-planting to Oil palm).
